Flavor and ease of mixing are excellent. It tastes great even with simply ice water, but when I add almond milk, it is even richer. I usually have it for breakfast (60 second prep time), as I drive to work. Great for pre- or post-workout drink.

I would highly recommend you buying this protein. The name says it all it's delicious!! It doesn't taste like protein, in fact it's like having a milkshake. It's helps minimize my sugar cravings so I can maintain my healthy diet. I use it to make protein pancakes, cookies, muffins you name it!!! It really makes dieting fun and easy for me.
